1. How to place my order online?

Scroll through each Collections to find what you are looking for. We have some amazing pieces to choose from, select that item and add to your cart. Just that easy!

Note:  A Non-Refundable Deposit of Half the Total Amount is Required on All Special made Orders 

2.  How can I pay and what methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Cashapp

3. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Sorry, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  All piece are custom made. 

(If you receive your item damaged, a refund will be issued once damaged item are returned. You are responsible for postage on returned damaged items).

4.  How long will it take before I will receive my order?

All produces are handmade which requires a certain amount of time before shipping. Favor will notify by email or phone when your order is ready to be shipped and a tracking number will be available at that time.

5.  What is your shipping method?

6. How long will it take for my payments to be processed?

Most Order Payments will be processed and authorized within 48 Hours.

7. Is your produce food safe?

Yes? The Alumilite Amazing Clear Cast Epoxy resin is considered FDA food safe once completely cured.
